• Miscellaneous : fragrance i.e that is a large choice of candles, perfumes…

 Those Belgian products are “hand made” and with handcrafted materials respecting environment.

Le Dressing.be also offers an original alternative : a luxury outlet of articles of all kinds.

Anyone whishing to get rid of brand articles of their own , and always in good state, will have the possibility to resell them on our site, and why not, with the money received, be charmed by one of our numerous products and get it !

The client : any person merely navigating the site or using it for an order or a purchase.

GSTC : General Selling Terms and Conditions

The client acknowledges that, when ordering, he has been made fully aware of the General Selling Terms and Conditions detailed on Le Dressing.be website and that he unconditionally accepts them.

The current GSTC govern all contractual relationships between Le Dressing.be and its client, and both parties unconditionally accept them. These GSTC will prevail on any other clause from any other document, with the possible exception of express, written and priorly approved derogations.

Article 2 – General terms

The current Dressing.be GSTC set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the sale of creator clothes, shoes and/or accessories and services by le Dressing.be to the clients of Le Dressing.be.
The client declares he is aware of them and that he fully accepts all deriving rights and obligations. Any order is done under the current conditions.

Article 3 – Terms, Order and Price

3.1 The client can order on Internet via http://www.ledressing.be.

3.2 The client certifies he is fully authorized to use the payment method he will elect for paying his order and that the said payment method provides access to sufficient funds to cover the full cost of his order.

3.3 By clicking on the “Order” icon during the ordering process, and after having checked in its "shopping basket" his order's details and possibly amended it, the client declares that he freely and unconditionally accepts the entire current GSTC.

At step 5 «Validation » (of the ordering process), we request you to confirm you have read GSTC and that you fully accept them. After confirming details of his order, the client will unconditionally validate it through payment. Only full payment will validate the order. Le Dressing.be will confirm every order and its shipment both by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided in the client « My account » section.

3.4 The selling price of each article is provided in the « Description/details » section of the said article. Shipping costs for the delivery of the client order will be provided to the client before he finalizes his order.

3.5 Disregard by the client of obligations listed in the current GSTC, especially non or partial payment for an order, will allow Le Dressing.be, depending on the severity of the misgivings, and independently from any claim or compensation request which Le Dressing.be might ask for, to suspend access to purchasing goods or services from Le Dressing.be, or even to the cancellation of the client account. Le Dressing.be retains the right not to accept any order from a client it would be in litigation with.

The Ogone payment system guarantees the security of all transactions recorded on the site. Any information used to process payment is encrypted with the SSL protocol. Such data cannot be accessed, intercepted nor used by third parties. Nor are they recorded on our EDP systems.

As such, at no time during the purchasing process, does Le Dressing.be have access to bank details of its clients.

Le Dressing.be undertakes to guarantee full security for purchases done through its website.

2. Payment default

Le Dressing.be retains the right not to accept an order from a client not having fully settled a previous order or with whom there be an outstanding dispute.

Article 4 – Payment methods

All orders processed on the site are paid via the Ogone security payment system. Miscellaneous electronic payment methods are possible :

4.1 Payment by credit, debit or check card : currently accepted bank cards) are the following Carte bleue – Visa – MasterCard.

The client bank account will be debited and his/her order validated once payment authorization is received from the bank clearing houses. LeDressing.be has chosen a performing security system.

Le Dressing.be has chosen OGONE, the leading European System.

Le Dressing.be never has access to confidential data relative to payment means.

Only OGONE has access to such data which cannot be accessed by third parties.

Le Dressing.be retains the right to cancel or suspend any order and/or delivery in case payment by credit card is not authorized by the client bank.

4.2 Bank transfer - Ban Contact : payment by bank transfer must be wired to Le Dressing.be bank account. For Belgium, the account number is 103-0250519-36: please specify in the wire details the communication number that will be provided to you upon your order.

If we do not receive confirmation of your payment within 6 days of your order, you will receive a reminder via e-mail. If we still do not receive confirmation of your payment 6 days after our second reminder, a copy of your purchase order will be sent to you via e-mail. Without full payment within 5 further days, your order will be cancelled and the related items will again be sellable.

4.3 Payment via PAY PAL : Pay Pal is a secure payment system which protects information on bank cards thanks to the best systems available on the market for security and fraud prevention. Article 5 – Custom duties

Orders processed on the site and delivered outside the EEC may be subject to taxes and to custom duties to be paid when goods reach final destination.

All such custom duties and possible taxes, payable upon delivery, are to be paid by and the sole responsibility of the client. Le Dressing.be has no responsibility to check and inform its clients that such custom duties and taxes may be applicable.

Article 6 – Client Offers and Bonuses

Clients bonuses or offers prompted by Le Dressing.be never apply to shipping costs unless the promotional code specifically states so. Such offers cannot be coupled with promotional or exceptional offers ( unless specifically specified ). Client bonuses cannot be coupled with other client offers or bonuses ( unless stated ).

Article 7 – Delivery

7.1 Delivery location : ordered goods are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the client in the ordering process. Shipping costs can vary depending on the delivery location of the ordered goods. Shipping costs cannot be challenged by the client since he has been informed of them when paying his order. All deliveries are notified by e-mail.

When shipping an order, Le Dressing.be notifies that an original invoice including shipping costs is accessible on line in the « my account » section ; In case of a partial delivery, the shipped parcel will include a delivery note listing all ordered items and the goods delivered in the said shipment.

7.2 Time allowed for delivery : the maximum time allowed for delivery is specified upon ordering before the order is validated. For more information on "average and non contractual estimated time for delivery" by country of delivery, please click here.

7.3 Late or lack of delivery : If this happens, the client can contact the client service of Le Dressing.be at the address given in the « contact » section of the website or directly sbouillon@ledressing.be. The client may cancel his order if delivery does not take place within 7 working days after the delivery date provided by Le Dressing.be, except when late delivery is due to “force majeure”.

Le Dressing.be will request its bank to refund the client within 30 days after receiving the cancellation request from the client.

7.4 Partial delivery : the client will be informed by e-mail in case of partial delivery of an order. Delivery of the remaining goods or services will be confirmed via a second e-mail.

7.5 Delivery confirmation: goods are considered delivered when made available to the client by the transporter, as materialized by a control system of the transporter similar to « Taxi Post Secur », the delivery follow-up system used by the Belgian Post Office or if delivery is registered .

The client needs to check goods upon delivery and to make reserves or claims if justified, or even to refuse delivery of the parcel if it appears to have been opened or obviously deteriorated. Such reserves and claims need to be sent to the transporter by registered letter with receipt within 3 working days following delivery of creator goods or accessories. A copy will eventually need to be sent to Le Dressing.be.

7.6 Information on delivery terms : misplaced parcel. Le Dressing.be parcels are shipped along with a follow-up number. If the client receives is not notified within 6 working days after the goods have been shipped, the client needs to get in touch with Le Dressing.be with the follow-up number. If neither the Post Office nor the transporter have any information on the parcel, the client needs to get in touch with Le Dressing.be by e-mail to sbouillon@ledressing.be.

The Dressing.be delivery department service will then start an inquiry with the transporter services. The client will then receive an e-mail confirming that an inquiry is under way. Transporters also have 30 working days to finalize their inquiry.

If the parcel is found, it is then shipped to the client and standard delivery procedures again do apply ;

If the parcel is declared lost, Le Dressing.be then informs the client and either triggers refund of the lost goods ( creator goods, shoes or accessories + shipping costs )to the client or initiates the shipment of an identical parcel.

Postage expenses

Postage expenses correspond to the expenses executed by LeDressing.be for  dispatching of the product to the buyer. Those are estimated basically, whatever the quantity of products, except in case of atypical products or order, in such a case, the buyer will be duly advised at the moment of his purchase.

LeDressing.be forwards its articles in whole Europe and everywhere out of Europe

All articles are duly packed and labelled .So that the approximative weight be written clearly for each article.

Packages are sent by Be.Post and/or taxipost 24 hours round for Belgium with a Track and Trace which insures the continued supply of a product up to your home.

For the remainder of Europe, this service is granted by DHL also with a Track and Trace which insures the continued supply of the package up to your home ( or the address you have mentioned ).

LeDressing.be has concluded an INSURANCE CONTRACT with AXA Company in order to guarantee a perfect postage.

Article 8 – Stock – Availability of creator goods, clothes, accessories and services Each card describing a product includes available inventory. Inventory is carefully updated by par Le Dressing.be in real time.

In case of full or partial unavailability of goods after an order has been processed, the client will be informed via e-mail of delivery of part of the order or of full cancellation of the said order. If the good or service becomes unavailable, the client can choose :

• Either delivery of a similar quality and cost item, within available inventories;
• Or refund within 30 days of its request of the price of the unavailable item;
• Or to receive a credit note for the price of the unavailable item.

Shipping costs for a new product or service will be borne by Le Dressing.be.

Article 9 – Guarantee « satisfied or refunded » and right to retract

9.1 Terms : except if stated below or if part of an event sale, all goods sold benefit from the « satisfied or refunded » clause within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your order. For all goods subject to the "satisfied or refunded" clause or right to retract, the client may, within fourteen (14) working days of its order cancel it by sending an e-mail. Some goods cannot carry such rights to retract. Such goods will be pointed out to clients in the « description/details » section : goods specifically manufactured or taylor made at the client request, or goods which may deteriorate ( such as « special gift wrapping» ) or a service which only can be interrupted if execution has not yet started with the client agreement. In addition, for hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories will neither be taken back nor replaced.

9.2 Before shipping back a good or retracting a service, the client will need to inform the Dressing.be website through the « contact » section or directly sbouillon@ledressing.be

9.3 This right is exercised by shipping the product to the following address :

9.4 The client will need to keep track of any evidence of the product return, which implies that articles must either be sent back by registered shipment or through any means allowing to date the said shipment. Return costs will be borne by the client, who can choose the means to do so.

9.5 Client refund will be done by any means of payment within 30 days of receipt by Le Dressing.be of the client activation of his « Satisfied or Refunded » guarantee, provided that the goods be returned.

Adequately protected in its original wrapping and in mint condition ( neither soiled nor damaged ) along with all its accessories;

Along with the original invoice or information enabling to identify the client ( order n°, name, first name, address ).

9.6 Returned articles sold in sale, promotions, bargains, flash or private sales cannot be refunded and only can trigger credit notes.

If the client chooses to exercise his « Satisfied or Refunded » guarantee, he acknowledges that the said credit note will only be valid for new purchases within one year of the date it is issued.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All components making up the Le Dressing.be website, including scripts, pictures and electronic data, belong to Le Dressing.be and are protected by copyrights. Any unauthorized copy or transmission, except if specifically allowed by law, and unless it is expressly approved in writing by Le Dressing.be, is strictly forbidden and could trigger claims for counterfeit. Any unauthorized extraction of any content from the Dressing.be website is unlawful.

Article 11 – Personal data

Le Dressing.be undertakes not to share with third parties any data provided by the client on the website. Those are deemed confidential and will only be used by LeDressing.be to service the client order and to customize communication via letters or newsletters.

Le Dressing.be does not sell or rent client personal data to third parties. The current article will not prevent the sale or transfer of trade activities to third parties. The client can, at any time, have access to his client data file and use his right to amend or cancel such data by sending a request via an e-mail specifying his e-mail address, name, first name and postal.

The client may also request via e-mail that his personal account be erased from LeDressing.be. Should complete files be sold via the sale of business activities to a third party, Le Dressing.be undertakes to inform clients before the sale becomes effective.

Article 12 – Conformity of creator clothes, articles, accessories or services

12.1 All information provided in each « description/details » section has been provided to Le Dressing.be by the creators/suppliers the goods or services are purchased from.

Le Dressing.be endeavors to make its best efforts so that the pictures displayed on the website be as good a representation of the original pieces as possible.

However, considering that pictures are readable via Internet, it is possible that perception by the client of some pictures be not a complete match of the said item, e.g. on colours. In addition, it must be considered that items sold by Dressing.be are hand-made creator goods with a limited run which as such have a unique quality. As a consequence, pictures of items for sale will never be totally identical but very similar to the sold item. To be more specific, a necklace including a gem will never be the same since each gem is unique; same for clothes for which the design of the material will never be exactly the same for each item. Differences stem from the fact that those are hand-made creator items and as such, minimal variances are deemed acceptable as long as they do not impact key elements of the said good or service.

12.2 In case of non con compliance of a delivered item, the client will have the opportunity to return it to Dressing.be according to the following procedure and provided that the client be able to demonstrate non compliance of the said item. The client will then have the possibility to ask Dressing.be :

• Either to receive an identical item, if available;
• Or a similar quality and price item, if available ;
• Or to be refunded within 30 days of the client request by using the « Satisfied or Refunded » guarantee.

For any such request, the client needs to contact the after sales department of Dressing.be via the « contact » section or send an e-mail to sbouillon@ledressing.be and we shall provide you details of procedures to follow.

12.3 Pictures of « gift wrappings » are not contractual ; as a matter of fact, wrappings will be changed regularly in order to avoid having always the same gift wrapping, also to fit the size and the type of gift.

12.4 Proposed creator goods, jewels or accessories do meet Belgian Law currently in force. Purchase by a foreign client of goods implies that the client priorly check that such goods do meet law in force in his own country.

Article 13 – Guarantees

13.1 Guarantee : Le dressing.be undertakes to fully refund the client the price of the purchased item or to replace it with an identical item if available, or to replace it with a similar item of comparable quality and price if available, in case of delivery of an unsuitable item or if the delivered item has hidden defaults. For such requests, the client needs to contact the after sales department of Le Dressing.be via the «contact » section or by mail to sbouillon@ledressing.be; we shall inform you of procedures to follow.

13.2 Contractual guarantee : some items do carry a contractual guarantee : if so, it will be clearly disclosed in the « description/details » section of the said item on theDressing.be site. Any such contractual guarantee provided by Le Dressing.be replicates that usually provided by the supplier / creator to his clients. In case of a problem with an item, the client needs to keep the original invoice sent by LeDressing.be (via email) and contact the after sales department via the « contact » section and request the procedure to follow.

13.3 Guarantee exclusions : items modified, repaired, integrated or added by the client or any other person without the consent of the supplier of the said item are excluded from any guarantee. The guarantee does not apply if defaults are visible. The guarantee does not cover items damaged because of bad utilization.

13.4 For items not covered by a guarantee, LeDressing.be undertakes to provide its clients an after sales servicing either via the creators/suppliers or by LeDressing.be for a duration of one year after the purchase of the item. This servicing might be billed to clients.

Article 14 – Amendment of GSTC

Le Dressing.be retains the right to amend the current GSTC.
Upon each order, the client needs to read and check the GSTC.

Clients refusing that their contractual relationship be governed by the amended version of GSTC applicable for new orders should notify Le Dressing.be and stop ordering online from LeDressing.be

Article 15 – Liabilities

15.1 In case on non execution, Dressing.be will not be liable if non or partial execution has been caused by the client, or was caused by unforeseeable and uncorrectable actions from a third party, or in cases of force majeure.

15.2 Le Dressing.be is not liable for contents of sites it is linked with, directly or indirectly, via hyper links or any other means.

15.3 Dressing.be endeavours to do its best efforts for the site to be very performing but cannot guarantee it. Le Dressing.be therefore will not be liable in any way for any issue caused by the site unavailability.

Article 16 – Evidence of proof

Internet pages such as the Dressing.be Facebook pages, its Fan page, the Dressing.be Facebook group, any blog handled by Le Dressing.be or newspapers articles will not be deemed and treated as evidence of proof between the parties ( price, evidence of order, electronic communications, payments ).

Article 17 – Miscellaneous

17.1 If any part of the GSTC is held invalid of unenforceable through a Court decision, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.2 Information provided by the website will be deemed tacit proof between the parties. Information available on or authenticated by the Dressing.be EDP systems such as delivery date or issue will be tacit proof between the parties, except if the client can demonstrate otherwise in writing. Information provided by the Dressing.be EDP systems will be considered as original documents similar to a handwritten and signed paper document.

Article 18 – Governing Law – litigation

The current GSTC in their English translation are governed by the laws of Belgium. In case of dispute, the client is requested to get in touch with LeDressing.be in order to try to solve the issue out of court. Should the issue remain, proceedings will need to be presented to the courts of Liège ( Belgium )

Terms of use of the site & disclaimer

The current terms of use only apply to access and use of LeDressing.be website. Purchases by a site user will be governed by GSTC. With regard to client persona ldata, please refer to the Privacy section.

Accessibility of the website

Le Dressing.be will make all efforts, inasmuch as possible, to maintain 7/7 and 24/24 access to its website. Access will nonetheless sometimes be suspended for maintenance, update or any other reason, i.e. for technical reasons.

Update of the website: LeDressing.be is not responsible for interruptions of access to the website nor for any deriving event.

LeDressing.be carries no responsibility in case of errors or lack of update of information provided on the website.

LeDressing.be cannot be held responsible for any damage or temporary or permanent problem caused to client data or hardware when accessing the site, especially when recovering files and software making up the site. Governing Law and Courts, Dispute Resolution

Violation of current user rules could prompt Le Dressing.be to go to Court in order to stop them and/or obtain compensation for it.

Any dispute relative to the use of this site will be exclusively governed by Belgian law. Courts located in Liège ( Belgium ) will have sole jurisdiction in case of legal disputes.

LeDressing.be retains the right to refuse access to all or part of its site to any user, unilaterally and without any prior notice, especially in case of obvious violation of current conditions.

If any part of these GSTC is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be contrued in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
