How to order on the Site ?
The order on line on www.ledressing.be is very simple. Please follow the 4 steps hereafter :
- Select and put in the basket the article(s) you wish to buy;
- Create your identification by filling in the “profile form” (no charge );
- Select the type of payment wished and proceed to the transaction on line;
- Validate the order.
To purchase an article is it necessary to create an account on the site ?
Indeed, it is necessary. The creation of your account ( by filling in the profile form ) is the only secured procedure to enable LeDressing.be to get all the necessary information to handle your order, to ensure its continued supply and the billing.
Creating your account on the site also enables you to get advantage of our after-sell service, to accomplish the continued supply of your bonus points, to receive special offers and new letters.
What to do if I lost my connection parameters ? ( password – login )
Clic on “My Account” ( “Mon Compte in French ) then on “Password forgotten” ( “Mot de passe Oublié” in French ). On the following screen, you will be invited to write your email and validate it.
An email will be send to you with all your parameters for connection.
I have selected articles and my basket remains empty. What do I do ?
It’s you internet system ( Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Google, Chrome…) or your anti-virus program which have problems.
To solve the problem, please adjust on “medium” the level of security of your system, if it does have that function ( cfr. Le menu “option”) and/or add www.ledressing.be to the sites for which your anti-virus program accept the cookies.
Billing
Are billing on line secured ?
The security of payments on line is our priority. It is handled by OGONE Society, recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in that specific matter.
Which means of payment are accepted on the Site ?
We accept the following means of payment :
- Credit card Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue ;
- Bancontact, Mistercash Cards ;
- Paypal payments;
- Bank transfers.
My payment with my card is refused – Why ? and what do I do ?
Each payment on line is verified by OGONE and by the bank ( post ) or whatever banking institution which has produced the card.
If the payment is refused, various explanations are possible :
- The useful information on your Profile you have filled in are not correct ;
- Your Credit Card does not accept the payments on line ;
- Your Credit Card has a willing limited action regarding the transaction on line up to a certain amount, and your purchase might exceed that said amount;
- Your former purchases, with your card, were already very close to the monthly limit authorized;
- Your bank is slow to give its agreement on that transaction.
When you are confronted to refusal, we advise you to contact your bank so that they inform you of the type of problem. The bank might solve it directly. If they cannot solve it directly, various solutions are possible so that you can order on our site :
- Choose another means of payment other than the bank card or credit card ( i.e Paypal, bank transfer or cheque (check U.S.);
- Use one of your other credit cards, if you have several ones, or get another one;
How are used my bank account specifications ?
Your bank account specifications are used one and single time as regards the transaction you are doing on the secured pages of our Site.
When the transaction is accomplished, those account specifications are automatically destroyed.
There is NO archiving done by OGONE.
Delivery
I just ordered when do I receive my command ?
For payments by bank card, credit card or paypal, the delivery is from 2 to 10 working days, for Europe, excepting for all the products which have to be produced. The delivery may reach up to 15 days for delivery out of Europe.
For payments by bank transfer, the delivery is accomplished when the amount of the transaction has been registered on the account of LeDressing.be. As from that date, the delivery is from 2 to 10 days for Europe, about 15 days out of Europe, excepting for all the products which have to be produced. Once the delivery done, you can be informed of the continued supply of the parcel post on UPS.
Can I get a continued supply of my order ?
Yes, you can. When delivery has been made, a tracking link is forwarded to you by email.
Is it possible to deliver a package other than at my address ?
When you filling in your profile form, you give the delivery address which can be different from the invoicing address.
IT’s A PRESENT !
I wish to offer a present, do you have special wrapping for presents ?
All our articles are delivered in a cardboard box. A more specific wrapping for presents can however be obtained.
Click on the option “I wish a special luxe wrapping for this article” – in French “Je souhaite un emballage cadeau de luxe pour cet objet” during the ordering procedure.
Can you deliver an article to a person to whom I wish to offer it ?
It is very frequent. When the package is to be sent to the person you wish to offer the article chosen by yourself, just mention her(his) address as delivery destination.
Is it possible to add a message with the article I wish to offer ?
Indeed, it is possible. When you have chosen a special luxe wrapping on your order, you have the opportunity to write a few words, by email to LeDressing.be, for the person who will be offered a present. We will add these few words in the special luxe wrapping.

I have received a defective article, how do I get its replacement or repair ?
Send an Email to info@ledressing.be to explain the problem you have. When receiving your message, we will forward to you the procedure to follow for replacement or repair of the said defective article.
How can I obtain a guarantee intervention ?
Please send an email to info@ledressing.be in which you describe the problem you have and explain why you suggest the intervention of our guarantee service. When receiving your message, we will forward to you the procedure to follow for obtaining the repair or replacement of the said article.
